When is SEO Audit useful?

A clear reason helps define the brief. These situations can be useful starting points.

Lost visibility?

Important entry points disappear after a relaunch or update. We narrow down the causes.

Key pages missing?

Products or services are hard to find. We check crawling, indexing and internal links.

More content, little progress?

You keep investing but growth stalls. We examine where structure and content miss the mark.

What do you receive?

The results make decisions and next tasks clear. We agree on the exact scope before starting.

Agreed deliverables and their contents
DeliverableWhat you receive
AssessmentA documented baseline for Crawling and indexing.
Working documentsPractical recommendations for Site structure and Content and search intent.
Next stepsPrioritised tasks, open questions and an approach to Data and priorities.

What does the scope cover?

Four areas form the foundation. The depth depends on your goals, available data and agreed brief.

Technical SEO & indexing

Status codes, redirects, canonicals, sitemaps and robots.txt, plus mobile usability and loading performance.

Structure & internal links

Can important pages be reached easily? We review navigation, hierarchy and internal linking.

Content & search intent

We examine key landing pages, search queries and overlapping content. Where is the right answer missing?

Data & priorities

Search Console and available measurement data help put findings in context and prioritise next steps.

Implementation and ongoing support are agreed separately. Deliverables, budgets and timing are defined in the specific engagement.

How does the process work?

We move from a clear question through the work to a shared handover.

Define the brief

Agree on goals, the website, access and scope.

Analyse & assess

Evaluate crawl data, investigate causes and assess findings.

Hand over & move forward

Discuss findings and plan implementation. Support and validation can be agreed separately.

What should you know before starting?

How long does an audit take?

That depends on size, technology and the questions involved. We agree on scope and timing after the first conversation. Analysis starts once the required access is available.

What does an SEO audit cost?

You receive a proposal for a defined scope. Website complexity and the required depth of analysis determine the price.

What access do you need?

Usually read access to Google Search Console and, depending on scope, GA4. We agree on server logs or other access beforehand. No access is needed to make an enquiry.

Is implementation included?

The audit provides findings and recommendations. Implementation, coordination with your agency and subsequent validation can be arranged separately.

What would you like to change?

Briefly describe your starting point. Together we identify a useful next step.
